Mechanical and electrical devices fail in the creature’s presence. Lights flicker, cell phones get no reception, televi- sions and machinery randomly turn on and off. In addition, the creature may spend 1 Willpower to either disable any device with mechanical or electrical components or seize control of such a device. This effect can turn an equipment bonus into a penalty or, if the device is capable of causing harm, lets the creature attack a character holding or standing near the device using an appropriate dice pool. The attack deals lethal damage and uses the device’s equipment bonus as a damage modifier.
