Those initiated into the Stygian Mysteries know that under- standing a tool is only the first step toward perfecting it. By subtly manipulating the density and purity of a tool, the mage improves its balance and heft. The tool grants its user the 9-Again quality for the Duration of the spell, so long as it’s a tool that can benefit from balance or weight distribution.
