The Central District is the largest. It is the home of the imperial capital and has a fairly consistently high level of development. Imperial law is very strong. The landscape is seasonal with large, fertile valleys, rivers, and rolling hills alongside some mountains. Most of the region is developed, there are few truly wild places. Think Central Europe.
