The Crown's Bulwark is a governing body of the Kalhastian Empire that answers directly to the crown. It consists of 7 members, or "Bulwarks", that oversee the governance of each of Kalhastia's 7 regions. These Bulwarks carry out the mandates of the monarchy, collect taxes from the province, and enact proprietary legislation.
