Drioc Karvard, also known as the Mad King or King Drioc, was a former king of Falderheim and the founder of Madrioc.
As the legend goes, Drioc was taken by a fit of madness that sent him running from his throne all the way down to the Nightspell Moors, where he dug two giant canals from the Burvelos and Zof rivers, forming Madrioc in the center.
Many believe that Drioc was one of the first to have been affected by planesglint.
