Mevernil Savelo is a rugged elven tower mage of the city of Hymathel, taking up residence in the northern tower. He is well-versed in war magic, and oversees the defences of the city, directly addressing threats.
Mevernil is considered ruggedly handsome by many of the people of Hymathel, and has amassed a small club of devoted fans.
