Aelar Siannodel

Child of the Air, Prophet of Violence

As etched in sky-script and preserved by the Eternal Librarian.

“The wind strikes fast, but Aelar strikes faster.” - The Gale

A fallen piece, cast off from the Abyssal God in the conflict between It and the Raven King. Cast into the Boundless Blue, Yan-C-Bin claimed the child as his own and deemed it Aelous. Raised alongside Aeresi, he was taken away by House Siannodel in a misunderstanding.

He was raised in the fractal heights of Avariel society, his blood too common for nobility, his upbringing too strange for the common folk. He walked between castes, serving as both companion and guard to noble children, and watching from the wings—wingless.

Among a people of fliers, Aelar never soared. His earthbound nature made him a target of cruel laughter and quiet exclusion, yet he found solace in weaponry, forsaking the noble blade and the common bow for the length and reach of the spear—born not of privilege, but of necessity.

It was on a doomed mission to the City of Brass that his path truly diverged. Captured alongside his company, he alone was spared, chained not by mercy, but by political leverage in the games of genies. He served under flame and cruelty, branded by a world not his own, until revolt and unlikely luck delivered him to freedom—through the Plane of Mist, and then home.

For his role in the escape and the salvation of a broken noble, Aelar was named captain of a ceremonial guard. Yet peace did not hold. A mission to protect a priestess ended in ash and silence. Upon his return, Siannodel was gone—his adoptive family vanished, their fate unspoken.

And so he descends to the Material Plane, not as a hero, but as a duty-bound echo of a shattered house, chasing whispers through foreign skies, learning to speak not only in new tongues—but in hope. He quickly entered the orbit of Aethelfrith Rein and joined The A-Team to stop elemental cults from ravaging the land.
