Dara Kalinoth, child of the Feywild, was reared among High Elves whose lives bent toward art, grace, and silence older than stars. Yet Dara’s heart stirred not with music, but with stories: whispers of winged kin, the Avariel, whose feathers once danced across the skies of the material world. Compelled by this longing, she crossed the veil and descended into realms less kind.
Suffering from a mysterious disease known only as the Wilt, she was present looking for a cure when Aeresi slaughtered hundreds of Avariel in her search for Aelar Siannodel. Eventually, Aeresi possessed her, breaking her spirit and mind.
Her path soon led to Willow's Larch, a humble settlement on the edge of greater calamities. There, she encountered the wayward assemblage known as The A-Team, and with them bore witness to both wonder and ruin. Together, they stilled the wrath of a storm encircling the town’s accursed well, though not without cost.
Dara continued beside them to Feathergale Spire, a tower clad with knights claiming to worship the air itself. She revealed, not without sorrow, the fracture within her soul: personalities intertwined, discordant in thought and desire.
Since then, she has become a shadow between places, vanishing without explanation, reappearing just as suddenly. She walks a path few can follow, one tied to Aeresi Kalinoth, wielding Windvane to become like the sky elves she always dreamt of.
