Don Stormbreaker (born Grimveld Dimvari), better known by his stage name Commander Faerun, is a symbol of peace and prosperity who roams the sword coast spreading justice.
He was born into the House Dimvari, but hated the noble life he was given. As soon as he was able to, he enlisted himself and his brother Renrath (whom he told was drafted) to fight in the First War of the Divine: a bloody war in the jungles of Chult against the tiefling-run Order of the Divine.
After his brother was sent home due to an injury, Don single-handedly led his platoon into the enemy base and took out their leader, ending the war. This act gained him the title of war hero when he returned home.
Don couldn’t stand the slow moving noble life he was forced to live when he returned, so he changed his name and left his family behind. Since then, he has travelled the Sword Coast under the name Commander Faerun, stopping injustice and spreading peace anywhere goes.
