Rite of Accomplishment

Rite of Accomplishment (Level 2): Honoring a werewolf and recognizing the trials they've had to endure to attain their current rank. An elder will call the honored one forward, and as they advance, their deeds will be listed to gain the acclaim. The Rite then takes place, and anyone who wishes to speak on behalf of the Garou being honored is welcome to. The elder follows up with something along the lines of "She is made greater in tribe, and sept, and amongst the people everywhere. Let this be known."
