The chambers belonging to the ambassadors of Sythe and their staff. The rooms are so full of plants in places that it looks like the walls themselves are nothing but leaves and vines. The watering of these plants alone is so great and water so sparingly used upon the floating palace that they pay a great fee to have them kept alive by the stewards of their chamber in an arrangement made long ago with the Lord Steward Komo Lankar.
