Tassar Kadir

Tassar Kadir was the ruler of Qamaria and one of the original Seven Lords appointed by High King Aelarian II. He was the son of Thorgar, the chieftain of Clan Kadir, the most influential clan in the desert region of Qamaria. His rise to power came amid ongoing rivalry with Clan Sol, a competing clan with which Clan Kadir frequently intermarried to strengthen bloodlines and political ties. Although Tassar was named King of Qamaria, the region’s deeply ingrained clan-based culture remained dominant. Over generations, the royal title lost significance, as local clans continued to operate independently, valuing loyalty to their chieftains over the central monarchy. With each passing generation, the authority of Tassar’s descendants diminished, and Qamaria gradually reverted to a decentralized system ruled by various clan leaders rather than a singular king.
