Description
Isperia is the current Supreme Judge and guildmaster of the Azorius Senate. She resides at the top of New Prahv.
She has a long, leonine body that is bigger than a cart, made even bulkier by broad, feathered wings. Her enormous forepaws are usually folded in front of her. Her face and head look more human, framed by long purple hair, her features as famously inscrutable as all her kind.
Isperia can change her size at will; from towering over buildings, to her normal size of a large cart.
