A faceless Brotherhood faction born in the collapse of the old Archae Empire a kingdom that existed adjacent to constellia.
This faction started small building its military power and old-world relics over hundreds of years, it made its full debut after the collapse of the second world power, The World Government. In absence of yet another key world power the Central Authority rose Alongside the World government remnants to fill in the power vacuum. With powerful developments in the East, and technological advancements provided by the Ignition union they quickly became a key power to the world. This was their first step in uniting Lumen under one central rule.
Their Leader Drallis Ehr ruled over the authority long before it became the recognized force it is, taking a leadership position in the former Archae Empire. The empire soon collapsed as the fog rose, parts of their home continent falling into the sea as the tides rose. Eventually the empire was nothing, but few bastions scattered across lumen. Through adversity Drallis led the remnants of the Archae empire to find a new faction, the central authority, this faction and one goal to unite Lumen against the world that invades it.
The Adretian Empire was a key power in the world during the so-called "Golden age", an era where the song first played across the realm and a new study called Magic was found. In the Golden Age the powers were so proficient and accomplished in their exploration of the land and sea that they turned toward the stars, reaching out toward new worlds that had fragmented off from the Desert. Much of this old Empire was lost when the water levels rose and the fog from the weave set in, many old-world continents and cities spanning the sky were swallowed as Lumen fell deep into the weave. This so-called Golden Age still exists deep within the Depths of Lumen, a realm foreign to many of the surface dwellers of today, though rumor has it some factions are devising ways to regain knowledge from the past.
The Eastern Authority's might was bolstered by their claim on old world technology, they run extensive expeditions into fallen Constellia to regain artifacts from the fallen heavens and the Golden age.

The Eastern Authority is a group that breeds sovereignty through steel, led by an alleged immortal this group as quickly become the top power of the Eastern Luminant and attempts to exercise control over the central Luminant as well.
They are a faction that seek to untie lumen above all else, though their methods of doing so are often less than diplomatic.
They currently are the lead producer of modernized currency in Lumen.
