They simply go by the name of Jackel, providing no last name. This merchant wears travelers' attire and a set of arcane goggles having a brass bass with rose gold lining/highlights. They seem quite young, no older than 30 with no signs of age nor grey hairs.
They speak in riddles somewhat rarely giving a clear of specific answer, but they are fair and will always provide the service, information or goods they offer.
They seem to have a particularly good set of eyes for people, with a high insight.
