Guideline: Creating Gods (Vedic Style)

When Creating gods in the Vedic Style, this is the Guideline one should follow. Specifically this is regarding the Gods of the Unknown but can also apply to others.

The First thing that one should take into account, is that all Deities are Aspects of the greater whole, of Aarush in the Néa Avgí pantheon. Using this visualization courtesy of Overly Sarcastic Productions, should give you a rough idea.

Simply replace the Term 'Brahman' with Aarush in this respect. For the Moment, there are only around six main Aspects of Aarush in the Néa Avgí pantheon, though more can be created with assistance of a Loremaster.

Now, just because some these Deities are 'Aspects' of other deities, does not mean they are beholden and Subservient to those 'above' them in hierarchy. An Aspect Deity can actually be more powerful in certain respects than the Deity above it. Using another Example from Overly Sarcastic, and the Hindu Pantheon, consider the following:

In this, Kali is the 'Bottom' of the Aspect line. However, Kali is also immensely powerful. So much so, that Both Durga who Spawned her, and Parvati who spawned Durga, cannot defeat or even hope to control Kali. Kali does, what Kali wishes (in this case Dancing the World to Death)
