When making a character, these are the basic mechanical rules for Mythos of Agrea
1. You can start at level 4 or below
2. you get 1 free feat if you use point buy
3. Variant human is banned due to free feat
4. UA may be suggested, but until approved will not be allowed for character creation
5. Lucky feat is APPROVED (Putting this here because its so standard that people ban it)
