An Arcane Artisan Certificate (Or AAC) is a type of certificate granted by the plutocratic government of the Outpost, granting to necessary rights for artisans to craft magical objects within the Outpost.
An artisan can request a trial by one of the six guilds that devote their efforts around a particular craft to enroll on their roster of artisans. passing said trial would open the ability for the artisan to use the tools needed to craft magic equipment. Ranging from Arcanist, Master and Grand Master; each category ascension needed a exam of sorts for the certifications
