The Cognitus Burealis

The Cognitus Burealis is an official organization endorsed by the Dukes of Osirus. It is a specialized subdivision of the arcanist Law-Enforcement unique to Osirus. Its members are carefully selected and normally well versed in Divination & Enchantment schools. Once enrolled on to its ranks, most assignments of the Cognitus Burealis are often blacklisted, this organization is regularly called to question subjects or investigate crimes that are domestic, foreign or extraplanar when no conclusion can be formed by The Verdant Bannermen. This organization expertises in hunting down arcanist with evil agendas or agents of the Northern Realms. The Cognitus Burealis works closely with the Featherlings regarding fiendish entities or cults within Tyrael primarily. Members of this organization are called Incognitos and wear black robes with blue trimmings, shrouding their figures entirely. The crest of the organization, which is that of an outstretched white talon. The head of the Cognitus Burealis is the Uzurgaragian male Dwarven Wizard, Kilgras Ashstone.
