Feature: 
* They command sizable military units. 
* They can deploy within a couple of weeks intended for combat. Mustering doesn't take longer.
* They are veteran soldiers, mostly of the human kingdoms, but tend to take on what ever humanoids are willing to fight

Problem:
* Not very unified in thought so they often clash between themselves.
* Money is currently scarce in a world where there isn't much combat.
