Juno escaped the clutches of The Red Hand but doesn't remember much about how it happened or what came before. She had only a letter from her brother to guide her. With the party's help, Juno was able to find the members of the Red Hand who harried her up the mountain and extracted information from them regarding the location of their camp. She also learned that the Red Hand's leader, Claw, would likely know more about where she was found — and, perhaps, something about her brother's location.
After some tense standoffs with more members of the Red Hand, Juno finally gained an audience with Claw. Claw confirmed that he knew of her brother and where Juno might find him, but wanted information in return — specifically, the identity of the person who had helped Juno out of the Red Hand camp. Before Juno could attempt to make more headway, however, a group of vigilantes attacked the Red Hand camp. The Red Hand fell, and its leadership captured. The vigilantes' leader — a sheriff named Vincze Gyula — had a hair trigger when it comes to Claw. The bandit leader's life — and Juno's lead — hung in the balance.
Luckily, Vincze was revealed for what he truly was — a changeling taking on the guise of a sheriff in order to gain access to the bandit camp. With his legitimacy destroyed, Vincze could no longer harm Claw.
As a gesture of appreciation for aiding the Red Hand, Claw gave Juno the location where his men had found her. Later, under strange circumstances and strict orders from Tyrion, the changeling also provided Juno with a scroll of information she could find useful.
Some time later, after a harrowing encounter with Gogloth, Juno learned new magic which enabled her to finally reach out to her brother, Ryllan. He immediately responded, and the two agreed to meet in Rozkoy. Unfortunately, Ryllan didn't make it; he seems to have been abducted by an unknown captor somewhere near Ordzina.
When the party arrived in Ordzina, Juno quickly learned the truth of her brother's imprisonment; he had been taken in by The Inquisitors, the most powerful of the city's law enforcement, and there is no sign that they are ready or willing to let him go.
