Hvaleyrr

Hvaleyrr is the northernmost city in Irkasy and its least populous. As it is separated from the rest of the region by the Svelagr Mountain range, it gets little trade from other Irkasian cities. It is best known for the rugged beauty of its environs and its rustic architecture, which differs greatly from that of other Irkasian cities. 

It is also an important port for those traveling from Altangor.
