Cecil Damon

Cecil is the same as the day she was turned into something else. She has long blond hair, quite easily wavy under caress of the wind and a pair of golden dull eyes that seemed to show hints of passive boredom but frankly, it is best her glance stays that way. They would perk up when she's seriously angry, excited or sadistic but her eyes are just one trait to watch out for.

Cecil's senses are quite heightened and this what made her stand out than most of her fellow snipers. The fact she changed into this ghost just adds more to her uncanny ability. It is very difficult to make a surprise on her. The slightest sound of your heartbeat and already she not knows you're there and where you are.

Of course, her physical body isn't left out...or already has in a manner of speaking. To put it simply, Cecil is super-fast and light, making her ideal for any game of chase or tracking. Her agility and maneuverability around the field can only be equaled with her ambidexterity and precision. If she were to take corporeal form, her skin would be fairly tanned, otherwise she's just translucent. with puffing wisps of smoke around her.
