The Gabbardeen are the elite legions of the dark realm of Kharankui.
Captured from foreign nations by agents of the Dark Lord, the Gabbardeen are raised from birth to be elite and fanatical soldiers of the Dark Lord. Their life is dominated by a fanatical devotion to the Dark Lord and Dark Gods, they live to die in their service.
Across the world, the Gabbardeen inspire terror in the populaces of various nations. They appear seemingly from nowhere, kill and capture, and do work towards unknown goals. They are jointly feared for their brutality, fanatical devotion, and high degree of skill.
No one knows how many Gabbardeen there are, as they generally operate outside of Kharankui in small squadrons. However, it is believed that they number in the tens of thousands. Why they remain in the far north remains unknown.

Appearance
In battle, the Gabbardeen are a horrifying sight. Covered completely with black armor and robes with religious inscriptions sewn into the fabric, they march with extreme uniformity and discipline. The fear of death entirely removed from their souls, the Gabbardeen are an unstoppable juggernaut in battle, uncaring for their bodies or lives. It is said that one Gabbardeen is worth ten men in battle.
Recruitment and Training

The Gabbardeen are captured as children and infants from various lands across El-Bayir. They are taken to the land of Kharankui where they are psychologically and physically broken through horrifying torture and training. Once they are sufficiently broken, they are brainwashed with a deep, unbreakable, fanatical devotion to the Dark Gods and the Dark Lord Malagazh. In addition, they are magically altered, gaining great physical strength and fortitude, allowing them to survive for extended periods without food or water. This process gives them their characteristic glowing orange eyes. They are also trained in a variety of combat styles, becoming proficient in nearly every weapon known to exist. The training regimen usually takes about twenty years of constant conditioning, however the end result is a fanatical death cult army of elite warriors, created for the single purpose of serving the Dark Gods.
BUT remove all shadow movement stuff, they use swords that do greatsword damage. They can also cast a single beam of eldrich blast as an action should they desire. Also change speed to 50. Also they are immune to charmed and frightened.
