The Eastern Alphabet
The Eastern Script is an alphabet used to write the Common language and languages using the Common Script and in eastern Yekare. Common Script is a "semi-abjad," with vowels denoted as diacritical marks above consonants.
Despite the name, the Eastern Script was not originally made for Common, but rather it is the native script of Eastern Yekare and originally developed for Duryan and was also adopted by Urumite. It has been adapted to Common in some areas through cultural exchange but is still primarily used to write those languages.
