The Windblown are natives of the Spotted Sea. The Windblown are diverse, free-spirited, often possessed by wanderlust, and usually have intimate knowledge of the ocean, navigation, ship work, and fishing. The Windblown loosely adhere to a general "sailor's code," though interpretations of this code are as diverse as the disparate nations and peoples of the Windblown.
Due to their close relation to the sea and sailing, the Windblown often use phrases which incorporate nautical themes. “Fair winds to you” is a common farewell.
