The Sun is a gargantuan ball of light, magic, and fire which provides light and warmth to El-Bayir. The Sun is the domain of Zot. The Sun was present before the Worldshaping, presumably under the management of a long lineage of forgotten solar deities. It is speculated that the Sun of Prehistory took various colors, sizes, and temperatures as its gods came and went. Its present white-yellow color is a result of its stewardship by the current solar deity Zot.
