Emperor Frigg III Kala was the final heir of the House of Kala and of the Kolrammic Empire. After the defeat of Iaurlum, he was sought out by Galka the Infinite and coronated as Emperor of Kolram, becoming the first emperor of the Second Kolrammic Empire.
