Lady Cybilla Glenn was a member of House Glenn. A niece of Lord Algur Glenn, she was named Lady of the Floodlands by Oderion I after the Glenn Uprising. She was married to Sir Sampson Splinter to reward the loyalty to House Splinter to the crown.
