In 1495 DR, a demon that goes by the name of Sef Ka'io found its way to the material plane. As of now, his name is unknown to the members of the Hawthorne Guild. He was discovered as being responsible for the Blue Oozing Fever by the adventurers Ophelia D'Vespere and Horace.

Dense blue body, scaly, riddled with orifices crusted over with filth that spews out foul ooze and clouds of fetid mist. It has a humanoid face with long dripping fangs, and the end of its body is a large sucking organ encrusted with filth.
