The Sanguine Knights are an Order composed of almost entirely undead, specifically individuals that have aligned themselves with an entity called "The Duchess of Sanguine". No one is quite sure what might drive one to become a Sanguine Knight, but after their transformation into undeath, the individual seems to have grown more treacherous and the civility they show is merely a facade.
