The Hall of Vigilance is a large stone building with the symbol of the all seeing eye of Helm prominent above the entryway. The entryway opens up to a hallway with numerous doors leading off to the left and right. The doors lead to a carefully maintained library, a relaxing healing sanctum, a pristine ritual room, and a bunkroom for those in need of rest and respite. At the end of the hallway there is a large chapel, dominated by a shrine to the Watcher, Helm. The library is small, yet obvious care given to its maintenance and there is room for more books yet to be added. The library is under the effects of a Hallow spell that prevents the entry of Elementals, Fiends, and Undead. All creatures in the library can communicate with each other, even if they do not share a common language. The gentle scent of incense wafts through the building and the chapel is always lit by daylight. Any of Elemental, Fey, Fiend, or Undead origins are unable to enter the chapel, as a Hallow spell has been laid upon it.
