Thee Freeport of Mintarn, at the end of 1495, had experienced the rage of Hoondaarh, the dragon who lives on an island just north of Mintarn. Due to a group of adventurers entering one of his many false layers and destroying one of his mechanical constructs, Hoondaarh took his rage out on the Freeport of Mintarn, demanding even more tribute and burned a large section of Shantytown, a poor section of the city. Efforts are being made to rebuild the city.
