The Scales of Justice is an organization created by some members of the Hawthorne Guild to offer support to the common folk of their community. In its early days, adventurers used to volunteer with them to help build the town. Now that Lerwick has been destroyed and Hawthorne has been rebuilt, they are dedicated to helping the common folk in any way they can.
