The name "Tal" was decided upon by the advertising firm Iconic Illuminations, when briefly four messages of the word came from the advertising agent at the same time, and the agent himself quadrupled in mass and violently exploded. The cleaning bill for the meeting space was forwarded to the Guild of Engineers, which is currently in legal dispute.
