Chloe is a newer addition to the domain, having joined about 30 years ago when she defected from the Sabbat. She made waves in the domain after being made Primogen for her clan almost immediately after the Lasombra officially joined with the Camarilla. She is viewed with open skepticism, and while no one knows of her specific deal with Prince Kendrell, it was apparently worthwhile to him to jeopardize the loyalty of some in his court.
She is quite beautiful, with long black hair and a punk aesthetic.
