Rika is the Herald of Prince Grant's Court, appointed to keep record of exchanges of boons, announce Princely declarations in his absence, and to ensure that important information is reliably spread throughout the domain. While a Tremere, she prioritized Camarilla politics over clan politics and so Rika only holds a lesser position in the Chantry. Rika has albinism, as shown by the characteristic pale white skin and hair; however, as a kindred the physical affects of the disorder no longer affect her and it serves as good cover for her nightlife. She speaks slowly and calmly, and her gaze seems to pierce straight through whoever she is talking to.
