The Pufferfish is the name for the army of Obento - The Playful Pufferfish of Death.
The army is mostly comprised of Grindylows and Sea Devils, but they employ other sea creatures as well. Few are the coastal cities that do not have to pay taxes to The Pufferfish. They have a brutal stranglehold on the sea ways and they aim to push their advantage to take the throne of Panjõ. The Pufferfish are known to employ alchemy, explosives and poison. They strike hard and fast, often taking hostages to be used for either food or fun.
