Capital city of Canada. A government town that borders on Quebec (specifically the city of Gatineau) on the south bank of the Ottawa river. It is the fourth largest city in Canada.
Most foreigners don't even know it exists. This, actually, works to the advantage of the DNM. The public lack of recognition of our own capital meant that it hides our activities all the more. Thank goodness the Contemporary Offices offices aren't in Toronto, right?
