Montréal, or just "Montreal", is the second-most populous city in Canada and first in Quebec. It was built on its namesake Mount Royal at the center of the city. It's predominantly on the Island of Montreal but is spans most of the Hochelaga Archipelago (often just referred to as the Montreal Islands).
The official language is French, but it is one of the most bilingual cities in the country. It boasts being a centre of commerce, aerospace, technology, design, education, video game development, and film.
