Briefing for ENO1 Guards

Memo

Hello, [NAME]

You've been assigned to guard EN01, congratulations. It is an honour, of course, to be keep vigil over the very object that brought about the creation of the DNM.

That said there are procedures in place. Please respect them. You will, I'm sure, be curious about the object and you will likely have full access to all its files if you are guarding it. This might inspire some thought. I understand that. It's a normal, natural, human response when confronted with something like this to begin to question how you view the world or even universe. Many things within this department are so bizarre, so outside what we thought was possible. Some strike a chord and resonate with us.

If you are beginning to question your beliefs, and the spear makes you think that there might be someone out there watching over please: inform your supervisor. You will be reassigned to another position. This isn't a punishment, and will not be in trouble. This is protocol to ensure the safety of not only yourself but also everyone working here.

If a fellow guard, scientist, or any other staff involved with the spear begins to bring up increasingly complex theological ideas report it immediately.

Your beliefs themselves are not being discriminated against and no punishment will come to you or your peers. It is simply a precautionary measure, given the circumstances.
