The Costumer's Hall is one of the most recognizable guild halls in Waterdeep. Its exterior is flamboyantly colored and decorated with costumes and imagery of all sorts from demonic under-demons to fanciful, unnamed gods and everything in between.
Inside, the shop carries all manner of costumes and finery.
The first floor is a shop of sorts where guildmembers can sell their wares on consignment while the second story contains the offices and meeting rooms of the Order of Master Taylors, Glovers, and Mercers.
