Runara

 Runara is a beautiful brass dragon who rules over a idyllic, tropical, island. Her only ambition is to party and make friends, her island sanctuary is a frequent vacation spot and everyone loves to celebrate with Runara. While she does hoard some gold she mostly hoards expensive alcohols and keeps a full kitchen staff in her employ as well as anyone else who can enhance her next party. Bards, chefs, and brewers from around the world seek her out for the prestige of working in her castle and for the riches she pays to keep them all to herself. While tourists and party-goers are always welcome to buy a ticket to her next legendary party, she takes exception with her most prized possessions trying to leave.
