The Dredger Archipelago is a selection of islands with independent cities that to this day battle for riches and power.
They don't have a refined political structure and the independent cities are mostly ruled by whichever faction managed to win the infighting at this point.
Inhabitants of the archipelago are very unwelcome towards any visitors and highly protective of riches they've managed to gather.
