As one of the many charters of JumpCorp, EXO (as they are more commonly known as) have a relatively flat seniority system:
- Director (who oversees many Teams)
- Team Leader (who commands an individual Team)
- Officer (who controls resources dedicated to a field, typically Flight, Reconnaissance, Security, and Science)
- Team Member (who follows orders from Officers)
The current director of EXO is Emran Medvroth.
