The protectorate Nagumat, the ultimate bastion protecting all life in the sea and on the surface, is a large beautiful connection of cities and towns found deep in the frolicking sea to the east of Sephira.
The Protectorate outside the western coast of Sephira is much like others of it's kind; tightly unified and regimented around the common cause of keeping the surface world safe from the horrors of the deep. Especially for their proud culture, they still remain very innocent in the surface world.
