Clad clothes seemingly choosen for how well they fit into an eye-searing blue-teal-orange colour scheme rather than by how well they fit, Waterwheel strikes a strange figure. They're covered head to toe, including a mask over what woud've been their face.
While certainly not the sharpest knife in the drawer, Waterwheel is almost excessively friendly and cheerful, but also unquestionably loyal to their captain Neha Shatterglass, as well as both capable of and willing to commit actions of mass destruction.
