Damien Navarro was born and raised in Wickenburg, Arizona, and is the only child of Ramiro and Sara Navarro. He was raised with his orphaned cousin, Toby Paredes. He served with the U.S. marines for 8 years before returning home and running the local automotive repair shop with his father. He was known to have an on-and-off relationship with Rhiannon Robertson since their high school days, but he is not the biological father of her daughters. The couple never legally married, but they were ceremoniously recognized as mated/hand-fasted in the summer of 2020.
Damien helped coordinate and run the refugee rescue operations from the Wastelands during the Revolutionary Civil War. He was against having Mandy on the team, and still blames himself for her death. When Rhiannon was assigned to investigate the Prescott fire, Damien went with her and formed the Forest of Ash pack to keep her and the area protected.
