Archive arrived at the empty Silver Ladder sponsored townhouse but was able to quickly ascertain the whereabouts of her cabal mates in Deep House and made his way there.
Within Deep House Sidony decided that the watch was Scrutinizing but failed to crack was coming with her damn Poseidon's wishes. She took it out of the ritual space with seemingly no ill effects. Beks and Darwin were sought out and asked for their discretion in the matter while they were doing independent tasks. The cabal wasn't stealthy in their move through the house so Archive using common sense was able to track them. Meeting about half way coming in met with just leaving parts. Once reunited the cabal talked about what they had found so far in the house. The biggest draw was he ritual space so they returned to it.
When the full cabal entered into the ritual space something changed dramatically soon after. Within moments of the cabal getting close enough to examine the rings again, The three rings began to turn and the perfected material glowed from beneath filling the room with blinding lights. Archive tried to Dispel Magic but found her spell lacked enough potency to stop the force of the magic. The cabal brainstormed about what could be going on as the mana began to be sucked directly from their patterns again and again. Archive recalled one of the spot had nothing while the others were filled and theorized the missing was the catalyst of the room acting different. So she questioned her cabal but was told for certain by Sidony that spot was originally empty and theorized the room was reacting to Archive. Eventually the debate was taken outside the ritual space when nearly everyone was over halp depleted of the mana in the pattern. Once safe the debate began anew of what triggered the sudden change. Archive cast Pierce Deception with extended reaches and it was revealed that Sidony was not truthful, had taken the watch, and Darwin with Beks were aware. Beks tried to pursue Sidony to fess up on her own through telepathy to no avail. Feeling betrayed Archive left to look for a answer in her library but the entire cabal followed back to the sanctum.
Darwin approached Archive and saw her familiar in the Twilight, The Servant of the Unknown Questions and Hidden Truths. The pair talked about the importance of needing cabal bonds against needed transparency. The pair worked together all night to etch runes and cast in Archive's bones all night to place Prime: Wards and Signs potency 2.
The Cabal was visited in the morning by Judgement in his official capacity as a Sentinel to check on the security of the basement. scuttlebutt about the exact relationship between Poseidon and Kihiro, why solitaire mages choose not to join the Pentacle, and the benefits of Order membership towards the resources. This prompted Sidony to write the Silver Ladder to scour their record for information about her father.
Judgement pulled Beks away to give her a mission to watch for Seers of the Throne activity in town. There have been reports that Seers could be moving in from Detroit. The Iron key as a name, symbol, legacy, etc was associated with them but the Arrow had no further information.
Sidony was working on a painting stepped away for a moment and screamed when she found it purposely destroyed by paint spill.
The cabal discussed meeting the spirit residing in the house as well as returning to Deep House.
