12th of Rot-18th of Rot
Before leaving Halfpost, Tanythe went to find some light reading for the journey. She managed to convince a merchant to let her endorse his shop in exchange for a discount on a pamphlet about prairies. The Reclaimants set out to Angelburg but unfortunately kept getting turned around, causing their journey to take slightly longer than planned. Leith and Deirdre were able to do some foraging along the way to help offset the need for rations. While out foraging on one of the days, Leith and Beans encountered a spirit of the forest named Fufalafulu who taught Leith how to heal Beans when they discovered he had been taking the poor baby into combat. There was a very heavy day of rain one evening, leaving the party drenched but otherwise ok (for now).
19th of Rot
The party encountered a pack of Sturges that threatened to drain the dry. But with some well placed shots, carefully timed spells, and handy swordwork the party prevailed with only some minor scrapes and bruises.
24th of Rot
The party came across a watchtower being manned by a Commandant Heinrich from Angelburg. Thanks to some quick thinking on Deirdre's part, they mentioned their encounter with the Sturges and how they had easily dispatched them. Impressed and thankful for ridding the region of some of the pestes, the Commandant gave the Reclaimants a writ of passage into Angelburg so that they could resupply and potentially find a little work.
26th of Rot
The party arrived at Angelburg and with the note from the Commandant were easily able to enter the city
